The house is designed around a six meter high glass fronted Atrium, which connects the kitchen/dining and living spaces on the ground floor and the three bedrooms on the first floor. At its centre is an impressive modern Kachelofen (tiled stove with combined heating oven and fire place).
The house is fully furnished to a modern taste with oak wooden floorings, modern designed kitchen, walnut doors and built-in wardrobes throughout as well as a range of designer bathroom fittings. At the same time, many of its architectural features and materials used show respect for its traditional environment and location.
